Have we ever told you that even the most usual day at BAWA is always exciting? The day is not even over yet here in BAWA, but we just can’t wait to share the story with you, BAWA friends!

In the morning, we had two reporters from Jakarta visited our clinic. Kim took them for a tour, showing them the kennel, and introduced our volunteers and staff. The reporters, Ina and Imel, went around gathering the materials for their upcoming article about BAWA.

At the same time in the clinic, we had a visit from a friendly boy and his equally cute dog. Ade adopted six month old Jackie from BAWA, and today he came with his dad to get Jackie sterilized. They even got the chance to pose for the reporters before the surgery!

Done with the interviews and taking photos (and of course adoring the dogs!), Ina and Imel continued to visit BAWA Shop at Monkey Forest road. While they were there, we had a special visit from Katrina and Abby. They just came from Perth, and they brought us a big suitcase full of donation they had gathered. Even Jemma was excited! She couldn’t stop coming to check the suitcase, perhaps to see if she would get her own share of gift from these lovely people.

The half day ended with Kim went back to the clinic to give Katrina and Abby a quick tour, the reporters wrapped up their visit, and Jemma still jumping around the packs of donation bags.

Sudahkah kami bilang bahwa bahkan hari biasa pun selalu menjadi hari yang menarik di BAWA? Hari ini belum berakhir, namun kami punya banyak cerita untuk dibagi!

Pagi hari, dua orang reporter datang mengunjungi klinik kami. Kim mengantar mereka melihat-lihat klinik dan memperkenalkan para sukarelawan dan staff kami. Para reporter ini, Ina dan Imel, dating untuk mengumpulkan data untuk artikel mereka tentang BAWA.

Pada saat yang sama di klinik, kami juga kedatangan pasien, Ade dan anjingnya Jackie. Ade mengadopsi Jackie dari BAWA dan sekarang mereka kembali agar Jackie dapat disterilisasi. Mereka bahkan berpose untuk para reporter sebelum operasi!

Selesai wawancara dan mengambil foto (dan mengagumi anjing-anjing kami!), Ina dan Imel pergi ke took BAWA di jalan Monkey Forest. Di BAWA shop, saat yang sama kami mendapat kunjungan special dari Katrina dan Abby. Mereka baru dating dari Perth, dan mereka membawa sekoper besar penuh donasi untuk kami. Bahkan Jemma pun ikut senang! Dia tidak berhenti berkeliling sekitar koper itu, mungkin dia pikir ada hadiah khusus untuknya.

Setengah hari ini berakhir dengan Kim mengantar Katrina dan Abbby ke klinik untuk melihat-lihat, para reporter selesai berkunjung, dan Jemma masih saja melompat-lompat di sekeliling kantong-kantong donasi.
